The methodology described here has evolved over the subsequent workshops in 20 and currently represents the philosophy used in CasaXPS spectral data processing paradigm. CasaXPS, Computer Aided Surface Analysis for X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, is a computer program that allows you to process your XPS and UPS data.It offers a powerful data processing environment on a PC. You have to go through and load this library every time you open the software, unfortunately. Back in the Element Library window, press Load, and now the correct library will be loaded into the program. The material presented here embodies data treatment originating from data made available to the first CNRS Thematic Workshop presented at Roscoff 2013. casaXPSKratosAxis-F.lib file and hit select.
